Sales Executive
Requirements:

- Qualifications: SPM and above, IGCSE/O’Level, or equivalent with experience in Sales preferred.
- Location: Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Singapore (Candidates from Johor who are willing to work in Singapore are welcome to apply.)

- Knowledge of the beauty industry is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (Job training will be provided).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in English & Mandarin.
- Willingness to travel.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to introduce, promote, and sell products to assigned customers by regularly visiting them, fostering strong relationships, and gathering valuable market insights.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of products/services.
- Nurture and grow existing client relationships through regular communication, provide exceptional service and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
- Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings, and tailor sales strategies accordingly
- Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts and pipeline updates in CRM
